I’ve always been addicted to Philippa Gregory’s historical fiction books, like The Other Boleyn Girl, so when I visited London I knew I had to visit all the scenes. From the gruesome beheadings at the Tower of London to the locations of the Queen’s secret rendezvous  at Hampton Court Palace, it was way cool to see it all in person.

London was pretty easy to navigate via public buses and the tube, and I also easily figured out how to take the train to Hampton Court which I highly recommend if you’re a royal history nerd like me.

One of my favorite things about London was the pub food. Bangers and mash? Yum.

I only spent a few short days in this city and I hope to return soon.
