2014: 6 Countries, 20 Cities, Only 8 Vacation Days!

2014: 6 Countries, 20 Cities, Only 8 Vacation Days!

I feel like it was just yesterday that I was ringing in 2014 in Marrakech, Morocco – but here I am in Mexico getting ready to welcome 2015 in Tulum in a slightly more subdued manner (I’ve aged). Hotel Dylan :: A Catskills Escape For Sophisticated Hippies

I’m not sure how I originally stumbled across Hotel Dylan. But once I saw a picture of the Woodstock property’s hippie-chic rooms, I was sold, and the wheels of my mind were already turning and plotting a weekend getaway in the Catskills. Continue Reading…

36 Hours in San Antonio, Texas

36 Hours in San Antonio, Texas

So I wasn’t even in San Antonio for 36 hours but that title has a better ring to it and sounds slightly more doable than the whirlwhind 30 hours I was actually there. Why on earth was I flying halfway across the country for such a short time? My friend Camila was there for work, and I decided to tag along because, why not? Continue Reading…
